and Eliphas Levi have showed the cards aligned with the letters starting
with the Magician at Alef and having the Fool as 0 (zero) at Shin. The
purpose of the alternate alignment was to express the special relation
of Shin and Alef, called the fire of spirit, which is also referred to
by Ruach Elohim or Kamikaze. Dr. Paul Foster Case,
knowing that key 0 Fool Alef 1 is correct, made the Fool
with a little Shin on the dress. |
